Responsible AI and Copyright
How we make AI images, video, voice and music for our clients without borrowing anyone else's work.
In short: we don't use copyrighted images, copyrighted music or real people's likenesses. We work only with official, commercially licensed AI tools, and our music comes from licensed royalty-free libraries. We take artists' rights seriously, and the rules below are how we apply that on every project.
1. What we never use
- Copyrighted images, footage or artwork as source material or visual references, unless the client owns them or has licensed them to us.
- Copyrighted music. No commercial songs, covers or sound-alikes. Every track is licensed (see section 3).
- A real person's face, body or voice without their written consent. We don't make likenesses of celebrities, public figures or private individuals. When a client wants a real spokesperson on screen, we work only from material that person has approved in writing.
- Other companies' characters, logos or trademarks. The only brand in the frame is the client's own.
- Prompts that imitate a named artist. We don't ask a model to copy the style of a named living artist, photographer, illustrator or director.
2. The tools we use
We work only with official AI platforms from established providers, used under their published commercial terms. We don't use leaked, pirated or unofficial versions of any model. Images, video and voice are generated on these platforms. Music comes from licensed royalty-free music libraries.
Our exact tool stack is part of our production method, so we don't publish it. It changes as the technology moves, and the rules on this page apply to every tool we use.
3. Music
Every track in our work comes from a royalty-free music library, under a license that covers the client's use. Royalty-free doesn't mean the music has no owner: it means the right to use it was paid for through the library's license. We keep the license for every track used in a project and can provide it on request.
4. Voice
Voices are made on a professional AI voice platform, either from its licensed voice library or designed from scratch. We never clone a person's voice without their explicit written consent.
5. What we control, and what we don't
We control how we use these tools. We don't control how their providers trained them: that responsibility belongs to each provider, under its own policies.
What we can promise is this: nothing we put into these tools, and nothing we ask them to produce, is meant to copy an existing protected work or a real person. We review every output before delivery, and we reject anything that resembles a recognizable existing work, logo or person.
6. Transparency with our clients
- Every proposal states that the work is made with AI tools. Clients know how their content is produced before they pay.
- Client materials (logos, product photos, brand assets) are used only for that client's project.
7. Report a concern
If you believe something we published uses your work or your likeness, write to hello@crimsonsparkagency.com with a link to the content and a short description. We review every report, and when a concern is credible, we take the content down while we review it.
