Gabriel Brien
I connect technology, creativity, business and execution, turning emerging tools into content, products and experiences people can use and enjoy.
My approach is practical, shaped by years of exploring what AI models do well, where they fall short and how to build a repeatable production system around them. That experience is the foundation of Crimson Spark, where I combine strategy, creative direction and technical expertise to help your business create stronger work and move forward with confidence.
Operations, brand building, immersive tech, and AI filmmaking, running on one throughline.
Every field below fed the next. None of it was a pivot away from the last. Crimson Spark is where it was headed.
XR & Immersive Foundation
Years building VR and AR experiences, at UniVR Media and as Secretary General of the VR/AR Association's Montreal chapter, then COO at XPR Labs, where we launched Taebo Reboot, a VR fitness game distributed in more than 30,000 copies across five continents, with a trailer we produced. Spatial storytelling and production discipline, before AI video existed as a category.
Entrepreneurship & Business Execution
Founded multiple startups. Built go-to-market plans, priced offers, and ran operations under real deadlines. Every creative decision here is made with client outcomes and production economics in mind, not just visual novelty.
AI Filmmaking & Creative Production
Hands-on experience with what AI video models actually do well, where they fail, and how to direct them. Creative direction and visual narrative design, applied to a genuinely new medium.
One Operating System
XR, storytelling, operations, and entrepreneurship combined into The 17 Interconnected-Skill Ultimate Framework, the exact system behind every video Crimson Spark delivers.
This isn't theory borrowed from a course. It's the exact process behind every video this agency delivers.
Nine areas, one operator.
"I'm ready to work."
Why Work With MeOne operator, accountable end to end.
No account manager relaying your notes to a production team you never talk to. You work directly with the person who built the system, runs the production, and answers for the result.
- Your notes go through an account manager.
- The production team stays someone you never talk to.
- The system running the work is a black box to you.
- No single person answers for the result.
- You work directly with me, with nothing relayed.
- The person you talk to is the person running the production.
- I built the system the work runs on, so I can explain every step of it.
- One operator answers for the result, end to end.
